For locations covered by trusted courier services, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. (Business days exclude Sundays and National Holidays.)
For areas not covered by major couriers, shipments will be sent through alternative logistics providers and may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
Although we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics disruptions or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, AHAD.SHOP cannot be held responsible and appreciates your patience as we work to resolve the situation.
If a shipment takes significantly longer than expected or becomes untraceable, AHAD.SHOP reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. Any payments made for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
